WITHDRAWALS
Making a withdrawal at Colosseum Poker is very easy. You simply
need to visit the banking section of the Colosseum Poker software
and click the withdrawal button.
Our newly added withdrawal section allows you to request your winnings
in the fastest and most secure way directly from the banking section
of the Casino software.
You will be able to choose your favourite refund option from
our available methods:
- your NETELLER account
- your MONEYBOOKERS account
- if you are not holder of any of the previous accounts, we will
send you a COMPANY CHECK to your
home address.
- Please note that for obvious security reasons, we do not send
checks for amounts above $5000. Therefore, after any mandatory
refund into your FIREPAY account, amounts above the above mentioned,
will be processed as a DIRECT BANK TRANSFER. or sent to your NETELLER
or PREPAID ATM accounts.

You can set any of these options as your default, if you wish, and
have all your withdrawals processed in this way, when possible.
After you request a withdrawal, it will remain in pending in your
casino account for 24 hours, during which time you have the option
to reverse the cash-in and continue playing. After 24 hours, your
cash-in will be duly processed.
If you don’t request any particular refund method, our default procedure
is as follows (in order of priority):
-Withdrawals equal or bigger than $/€/£/CAD$5,000 will be processed
by wire transfer.
-If you use Firepay, this will be the first option we will be looking
at.
-If no Firepay account is linked to your Casino account, we will
process your withdrawal using the same method used in your most
recent previous withdrawal.
-If there are no previous withdrawals in your account, we will process
your winnings according to the most recent depositing method used
in your Casino account.
-As last option, your winnings will be processed by cheque sent
with normal mail to the address registered on the Casino account.
Please note that it is no possible to refund purchases to credit
cards, therefore this withdrawal option is not available.
All withdrawals will be subjected to audit before being processed.
The Casino reserves
the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.
Players may need to comply with certain security requirements and
send verification documents; winnings will be sent out immediately
after verification of the identification information.
Please note failure to provide the requested information will result
in a delay in the pay-out process.
