TERMS & CONDITIONS
Detailed terms and conditions:
- Players are allowed only one active real money account. The
name on this account must match the name on the credit card(s)
used to make the deposit, or the bonus will be declared void.
- The promotions are restricted to one new customer per household
even if there is more than one computer at the address. The identity
of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination
of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address,
credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification
which may be required.
- COLOSSEUM multiplayer poker reserves the right to impose further
limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where
computers are shared (for example university campuses, etc).
- COLOSSEUM multiplayer poker contributes to - and makes use
of - a shared industry database of promotion abusers. Individuals
known from this database to only make use of promotional offers
without ever risking their own funds will not be eligible for
this promotional offer. Accounts will be shut.
- COLOSSEUM multiplayer poker may, at their sole discretion,
limit the eligibility of new customers to participate in promotions,
for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No
correspondence will be entered into. The management's decision
will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
- By accepting and gambling using our promotions, the Player indicates
that these rules have been read and agreed to. Some countries
restrictions may apply.
- Due to previous promotional abuses, players form the following countries are excluded from our "$10 Free Sign Up No deposit required" bonus: China and Denmark. However they will still be entitiled to receive our 25% match bonus on their first deposit.
