Online satellites are underway for the WSOP 51 package, via the Microgaming Poker Network. This package gives players the chance to win a $1.5k entry into WSOP 51 event in Las Vegas, from Saturday 27 June 09, plus $1k spending money. Total package price - $2.5k.

Plus a great bonus – the MPN live qualifier who lasts longest in WSOP 51 event in Las Vegas, will receive $5,100. All MPN qualifiers who take part in WSOP 51 will be eligible for participation.

Packages can be won via online MTTs.

Terms and Conditions

  1. At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
  2. Any individual player can only win one seat at the WSOP 51.
  3. Microgaming's package will include the $1,500 buy-in to WSOP 51 from Saturday 27 June 09 in Las Vegas, and $1,000 spending money which will be credited to each package winner's poker account.
  4. A $5,100 bonus will be awarded to the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) qualifier who lasts longest in the WSOP 51 live event from Saturday 27 June 09 in Las Vegas. This bonus will be awarded based on the final tournament result. Microgaming's decision on the longest lasting qualifier is final.
  5. No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Packageto each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the finalto cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Microgaming whose decision shall be final.
  6. Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable.
  7. Microgaming reserves the right to buy-back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for the WSOP 51. The price payable by Microgaming to buy-back a Package will be $2,500.
  8. It is the individual winner's responsibility to arrange their own accommodation and travel to Las Vegas for the event and to enure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.
  9. By entering the WSOP 51 Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
  10. By entering the WSOP 51 Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Microgaming Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) if provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Microgaming management.
  11. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Microgaming management and any decisions taken by management in thi regard are final.
  12. Subject to the provisions of rule 7 above, the winner of a seat at the WSOP 51 Online Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Microgaming will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the WSOP 51 Online Tournament or land based Final.
  13. As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
  14. All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Microgaming rules.
  15. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
  16. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WSOP 51 Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of
  17. Microgaming management and any decisions takenby management in this regard are final.
  18. Microgaming management reserves the right to deny entry to WSOP 51 Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
    Microgaming management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the WSOP 51 Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
  19. Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
  20. Microgaming shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package an participating in the WSOP 51.
  21. LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
    Microgaming jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and Microgaming reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that Microgaming cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Microgaming cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Microgaming is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
